* WHAT IS MINERAL Caps?
- The needs of electrolytes in sports that require long distance sweating are very high, as associated with this loss of fluids also have a loss of minerals such as sodium, magnesium and potassium. - MINERAL caps is not in any way a substitute for the essential isotonic drink, but complements electrolyte requirements of the athlete.
- However, in those athletes who practice aerobic exercise in order to burn calories and do not want to incorporate into the drum a drink with electrolytes containing calories (carbohydrates), MINERAL caps can be a great alternative that allows them to recover electrolytes lost without need for such unwanted caloric intake (in this case would be essential to maintain good hydration with water throughout the year).
* HOW TO USE:
- During exercise: to take 2 capsules followed by a water every 90min. In the case of not supplemented with isotonic drink takes every 60 minutes should be made.
- Before exercise: perform between one and two takes 3 days prior to physical activity long distance.
